Nicholas Lalumiere

Nick Lalumiere joined The Oliver Group in January of 2012 as a Systems Administrator. Prior to joining The Oliver Group, Nick was an Information Systems Specialist and Linux Administrator at Eastern Federal Bank in Norwich, CT. In this position, Nick was responsible for collaborating with bank employees, vendors and auditors to ensure federal technology security guidelines were adhered to and served as the team lead on disaster recovery. Nick has extensive experience as an IT professional and holds an A.S. degree in Computer Networking from Quienbaug Valley Community College.

Beth Blaisdell

Beth Blaisdell joined The Oliver Group in March of 2012 as Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining The Oliver Group, Beth was the Payroll Supervisor at IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. in Westbrook, Maine, where she managed the payroll department and staff, ensured regulatory compliance regarding Federal and State tax law and implemented upgrades in software. Beth has 12 years of experience in payroll positions and holds a B.S. Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of New England.

Alexander Jarrard

Alex Jarrard joined The Oliver Group in June of 2012 as a Data Technician. Alex brings a comprehensive set of technical skills in various types of data storage, operating systems, networks, hardware and software. Alex comes to The Oliver Group from Inet, LLC in New London, CT, where he was a Computer Services Technician responsible for data restoration, management of on-site and off-site backup solutions and resolving complex IT issues.

The Oliver Group Announces TOG Lite Service Offering

The Oliver Group, an internationally recognized leader in data acquisition, media restoration, conversion, and early stage electronic discovery services announces the implementation of TOG Lite, a discounted, efficient media restoration service.

The demand for standard media restoration services coupled with The Oliver Group’s increased infrastructure has allowed for the provision of cost savings back to the client.

TOG Lite provides virtually no restoration/maintenance hurdles and is very cost effective when compared to other media restoration services offered in the marketplace. TOG Lite helps small- to large-sized Corporations, Law Firms and Channel Partners be more efficient with their customer data, provide better budgetary spend accuracy and achieve their Litigation Support request needs.

Based on research and historical metrics, The Oliver Group’s TOG Lite allows for the restoration of one Microsoft Exchange Database (EDB) and extraction of up to twenty-five custodians data, with conversion to Outlook PST formatted email at a discounted rate.

TOG Lite service supports all versions of Symantec/Veritas BackupExec, Computer Associates ARCServe and Microsoft NT Backup. Standard media formats falling under TOG Lite’s service include Digital Linear Tapes (DLT) and Linear Tape Open (LTO) media technologies. TOG Lite includes the restoration of custodian email data from all versions of Microsoft Exchange, including Exchange 5.0, 5.5, 2003, 2007 and 2010.

The Oliver Group Expands Presence in United Kingdom

By virtue of increased demand for services in the EU, The Oliver Group has expanded its operations to a new facility centrally located in London, UK. The new offices and secure data center are located in the heart of the London financial district. Mr. Kessler joined The Oliver Group in 2006 as a Forensic Expert and provided oversight of the forensic collection and analysis of electronic data while acting as a team lead on several large scale international projects. In his new position, Kessler will lead the data acquisition and forensics professional services team at The Oliver Group. In this capacity, he will work closely with clients in developing and recommending best practice project management approaches that efficiently and cost effectively meet client requirements using defensible workflow and processes.

Kessler is an accomplished Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and has also trained formally in numerous forensic tools, including EnCase, Forensic Tool Kit (FTK), Paraben Products and various other tools and technologies.

Kessler maintains memberships and involvement in a variety of professional organizations including the High Technology Crime Investigation Association, The International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, High Tech Crime Consortium, Long Island InfraGard, The Institute of Computer Forensic Professionals, and New York/New Jersey Electronic Crimes Task Force.
